At HeyMate, we are dedicated to maintaining a secure and trustworthy environment for all users. This policy establishes clear and non-negotiable standards to prevent harm to children and ensure compliance with global safety regulations.
All users must verify that they are at least 18 years old during registration. HeyMate employs technological and procedural measures to detect and prevent underage access. False representation of age will lead to immediate account termination.
HeyMate is designed for adults only. Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose information from minors.
HeyMate has zero tolerance for any form of child exploitation, abuse, or endangerment. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Child grooming or predatory contact
- Sexual abuse or sexualization of minors
- Sextortion, trafficking, or coercion involving a child
- Production, sharing, or possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Any user involved in such activities will be permanently banned, and relevant data will be reported to authorities such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and international law enforcement.
Content that threatens the safety or dignity of minors is strictly forbidden, including:
- Sexually explicit or suggestive material involving minors
- Harassment, bullying, or predatory communication
- Any content that encourages or depicts harm to children
Users are required to self-moderate all published content in line with these rules.
We encourage users to report any activity that may violate this policy.
- In-app reporting features allow quick flagging of suspicious behavior or content.
- All reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate action is taken by our safety team.
Violations of this policy will result in:
- Immediate removal of harmful content
- Account suspension or permanent banning
- Legal reporting and cooperation with child safety agencies globally
HeyMate is committed to raising awareness around online child safety. We work with experts and organizations to improve our systems and provide educational resources to our community.
